Richmond is home to countless different cultures and forms of expression, each as fascinating as the last. No matter the medium, we share an unbridled joy in sharing creative expressions - from what we consume, to what we do, to who we are. Every so often, we find beauty in places too dark to see.
On September 6th, at Black Iris Gallery, ‘The Endeavor Order’ sheds light upon what beauty lies in the shadows with a full scale exhibition of artwork that embraces and implores a tribute to the darker side of ourselves.
Featuring multiple pieces from 18 artists this exhibition is on display September 6 - 28 at 321 W. Broad Street Richmond, VA.
On the night of the opening our walls will be painted black and the lights will be dim, so we kindly invite everyone of our artists as well as anyone joining us for the special night to come clad in black clothes and celebrate in style with our exhibition.
